School Life

Something new and exciting every day

CAISL’s curricular variety makes each day unique: whether it is learning a new letter of the alphabet, making that exciting science experiment, singing that high note, or scoring that basket that took your team to victory, there’s a story to tell about each school day.

Our American education philosophy means that students have access to a balanced education between Academics, Arts and Athletics,

cultivating each student’s strengths and helping students succeed in areas that challenge them.

All our students from Early Childhood 3 and 4 years old through Grade 5 have Art, Music and Physical Education included in their school day and have specialist teachers in these areas.

From Grade 6, students can choose one or two elective subjects from a wide variety of classes, that include visual arts, performative arts, languages, technology and others. The range of these subjects aims to meet students interests and help develop them as part of their life-long learning process.

There are also co-curricular and extra-curricular activities students can join. These may not be mandatory but are without a doubt an important step in

building a sense self-esteem, service, and belonging to a community to which all contribute.

Model United Nations, team sports and community service activities are popular choices, though effort demanding.
CAISL also takes pride in its parent community, and in its efforts to welcome new families every year, supporting school and community events and generally making CAISL a great international family.
