Karate-Do

Ages: Grades 3-8.

Schedule: Wednesdays and Fridays, until 4:50 PM (twice a week practice required).

Description: Mr. José Pina is a sponsor from Clube Karate Shotokan - Sul (CKSS - chief instructor and president Sensei João Baptista, professional certificate number 53808). This activity aims to develop physical aspects such as coordination, space orientation and balance, but also emotional aspects such as concentration, respect, discipline, patience and friendship.
