Description:

Cascais Dance Academy (existing since 1998) welcomes all girls & boys to come and try out the dance classes at CAISL.

Here I offer the student the new modern Hip-Hop and the good old Jazz dance in a great mix. In the warm up we work with the classical dance where the technique, flexibility, strength and the beautiful posture is the important issue. Then we put on our dance shoes and start with Hip Hop moves to the tones from the modern music world. We are doing choreography like the music clips on MTV.

Cost:  40€ monthly (1 lesson per week); 60€ monthly (2 lessons per week).
