Please note that Registering consists of two steps:
- Form I is a paper-based pre-registration form and must be returned by email April 1st. Upon receipt of this form, and the pre-registration fee, IMUN will assign you login information to access FORM II.
- Form II is an online form to be filled out with specific details regarding delegation assignments and is due October 1st, along with the balance payment.
An additional step is required for those schools interested in applying to the International Court of Justice – A separate application form is required for all students wishing to apply for an ICJ position. This form must be submitted to IMUN no later than May 15th. Selected applicants will be notified shortly after all applications are evaluated.
NOTE: PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO FINALIZE YOUR DELEGATE LIST. THE FOLLOWING IMUN POLICY IS IN EFFECT:
After October 1st, substitutions for students unable to attend will only be permitted on payment of a 25€ administrative charge. Any additional delegates must pay this fee as well. No refunds are provided for drop-outs after this date.
Schools are responsible for the payment of all bank charges relating to the processing of fees. To avoid or minimize such charges, schools should instruct their bank to transfer the money, net of bank charges, directly to the IMUN account.
