Eighteen CAISL grade 10-12 students chose to challenge themselves over our recent Thanksgiving break, November 28-30, by participating in the Yale Model Government Europe conference held at the Pestana Palace in Lisbon. Over 350 students from 26 schools in the USA, the Americas and Israel attended with the goal of debating contemporary international issues ranging including human trafficking, climate change, NATO's current role, border management and artificial intelligence. Four of our veteran debaters played officer roles and two of delegates won outstanding delegate awards. CAISL is very proud of our positive contributions to what proved to be a very rewarding experience!
CAISL is a student-centered educational community in which we challenge ourselves and each other to do our best and to make positive contributions to our diverse and ever-changing world.
