Those wonderful coffee grounds!

In partnership with “GoNatural”, CAISL’s catering company, the Middle School Ecolution Club is avoiding waste and contributing positively to a better world: Daily, one of the 10 alternating volunteers collects the coffee grounds  that would otherwise go to the undifferentiated garbage, and takes them to a compost pile (either at home or at CAISL´s own compost pile). Relevant to say that coffee grounds support one of the most nutritious mixes that can be made, creating high-quality compost. So far, the Ecolution Club estimates that they saved probably more than 80 to 100kg of high-quality fertilizer from going to waste. Impressive work Middle Schoolers!
