Serving our Community
Last weekend, May 6th and 7th, CAISL students and staff rolled up their sleeves to give back to the community. In small groups, students gave a couple of hours to work in the food collection campaign for Banco Alimentar (food bank). Their job was to distribute collection bags, explaining to the donors what kinds of foods were needed and how they’d be used. Along the two days, our volunteers filled up quite a few shopping carts with non-perishable goods. Thank you to all volunteers, and a special thanks to Ms. Gisel for organizing this initiative.
