Pi Week

CAISL's Math teachers took advantage of Pi Day - March 14th - to do a whole week of Pi celebration. The week started with a Pi memorization contest, and our middle school winner was Jessie with 341 digits of Pi! Our high school winner is Peter with 101 digits. On Tuesday there was a Pi relay, and on Wednesday a round shaped baking contest, with awards for the best Pies. On Thursday, students could participate in a Pi Scavenger Hunt and have fun with some Pi memes. During the whole week, there was also an exhibition in the atrium about the applications of Pi in real life problems. Thank you to all students who participated and to our fantastic Math teachers.
