Mushrooms produced by Ecolution Club
This year Ecolution club is again producing mushrooms at CAISL. Nãm farm, being our specialist on duty, was here to help with the first steps and now is up to the club members to understand the process and produce some super delicious mushrooms. This is a complex but interesting bio-technological process where school coffee grounds with compacted straw are being contaminated with mushroom mycelium using a special methodology. The first production was already cooked and distributed to staff around school. What a delicious snack!
