Leadership, from High Sschool to University

High school students participated in the “Find Your Inner Leader” workshop, inspiring them to lead with purpose.

Francisco M., an alumnus from the class of 2023, shared his journey from Student Council President to university board member, highlighting that leadership opportunities are everywhere. He shared key lessons: every experience teaches you, observing others helps you grow, and asking for feedback is essential.

He also shared his leadership approach: trust your team, set clear goals, encourage growth, recognize achievements, share responsibility, and stay humble. The session ended with a Q&A, giving students the chance to engage directly.
