"Growing With Diversity"

On February 23rd, Sónia Almeida, CAISL Student Support Services Coordinator, was a guest speaker representing CAISL on the 5th National Forum for Diversity and Inclusion promoted by the “Associação Portuguesa para a Diversidade e Inclusão”. She spoke about some of the many initiatives CAISL students can get involved that promote citizenship, respect for one another and the environment, dialogue, and inclusion, in a session called “Growing with Diversity.” The audience applauded the initiatives shared by Ms. Almeida and the other panelists, and the overall feel of the Forum was very positive. This initiative sparked recognition of the wonderful projects in-hand and all the work and growth our students do daily. Well done CAISL!
