Back in October, Angel submitted a proposal to Centro Ciência Viva, and today, February 11, she had the incredible honor of participating in the prestigious Girls in Science (Raparigas na Ciência) gala at Pavilhão do Conhecimento in Lisbon. 💡✨
Now in its 3rd year, this event celebrates the scientific achievements of young girls across Portugal, ages 12 to 19. Not only was Angel selected to be featured in the Girls in Science 2025 book (check out page 62 in our library! 📖), but she was also one of just four students chosen to take the stage and present her project and research focus! 👏🔬
Next up? Belgium’s ScienceExpo 2025 in March! 🚀 Wishing Angel and the three other CAISL ambassadors the best of luck on this exciting journey! 💙
