On December 18th, Grade 2 students proudly welcomed residents from the town of Linhó to CAISL to share their thoughtful community improvement projects. This inspiring initiative began with a visit to Linhó, where students observed existing infrastructures and reflected on ways to enhance the town’s quality of life. Back at school, they collaborated to design and build innovative new structures using LEGO, bringing their ideas to life with creativity and care.
When the students presented their models to the Linhó residents, their enthusiasm and thoughtful solutions were met with excitement and admiration. The project not only allowed students to apply their learning in meaningful ways but also fostered a deeper connection with the local community. This engaging experience highlighted the importance of collaboration and creativity in making a positive impact.
