AMIS Orchestra in London

This school year, it has been the first time CAISL orchestra students submitted auditions for the AMIS Orchestra Festivals. 9th grade students Tomás, Jerry, and Julien earned an invitation to participate in the 2024 High School Honor Orchestra in London. They worked hard to learn the music prior the festival, and during the festival they continued to work on improving it while learning how to play as an ensemble with 62 students from 15 International Schools from Europe, India and Dubai. 

For all of us involved, it was a transforming experience. As a sectional teacher for the second violins, I witnessed so much growth and musical joy. I'm very proud of our three young musicians!
