A Double Feat

Maria Barral

Class of 2022 graduated in early June. By then, 100% of our students earned the “American High School Diploma,” a diploma that allows them to apply to universities around the world. But 92% of these students had been also pursuing simultaneously the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma. In early July, IB results were published:  CAISL had 100% pass rate so, from the 53 students that finished the class, 49 have in hand two valid Diplomas they can use strategically for their college applications. IB results also revealed that CAISL’s average score was 36, very much above of the world mean of 32*, and 20% of our seniors got a result above 40, a score achieved only by 14% of the candidates*.

Congratulations Class of 2022! We wish you continuous success in your future endeavors.
