A Day in the Countryside with Grades 4 and 5

Grade 5 students visited a traditional farm to learn about the saloios—the rural communities that once lived around Lisbon. Through hands-on activities such as bread-making, feeding animals, and traditional games, they experienced country life in a fun and educational way. The visit concluded with a delicious snack of freshly baked bread and homemade lemonade.
