CAISL Strategic Plan
CAISL has embarked upon a strategic planning process to shape our direction in the coming years. We will support each student’s growth while building on our strong tradition of academic excellence. Our wellness initiatives will ensure that students' social, emotional, and physical well-being are central to our educational program. We will leverage our diverse community and natural surroundings to enhance students’ learning. We will elevate our STEAM and IT programs to integrate innovative thinking and cutting-edge technology, positioning CAISL as a leader in these fields. Together, we will create a dynamic and supportive environment that prepares our students for success in an ever-changing world.
CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT GOAL 2030
Refurbish and add facilities to meet the evolving needs of our students while developing a comprehensive approach to controlling access to CAISL’s grounds and buildings.
ACADEMIC GROWTH GOAL 2030
CAISL will empower students to reach their individual learning goals while fostering the soft skills needed for success in our diverse and ever-changing world. We will align evidence based best practices in curriculum design, instruction, and assessment to support students to thrive and apply their learning in new or unseen contexts. We will thoroughly review external and internal data to adapt instruction to meet the individual needs of our students. Our approaches will ensure that students are supported in a collaborative environment which fosters academic and personal growth for every learner.
STEAM & IT GOAL 2030
CAISL will be at the forefront of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) education. Students will engage in interdisciplinary, project-based learning using the most modern resources to develop their critical thinking across disciplines. Students will have opportunities to innovate, create and explore real world problems while building expertise in AI, Design Technology, Robotics, and 3D Graphics to prepare for emerging fields and the evolving future.

- Outdoor and Environmental Education
