Board of Trustees
The Trustees of the Fundação Escola Americana de Lisboa consists of three members, each appointed by a different institution. The Trustees determine policy, delegate executive, supervisory, and instructional authority to their employees, and appraise the results achieved in light of the goals of the school. They are also responsible for the financial operations and budget, personnel, public relations/information and long-range planning.
